The victim was 42-year-old Rizwan Alam. The perpetrators are his wife, Daisy Parveen, and her boyfriend, Anwar Hussain, who was approximately 10 years younger.

Alam, who previously worked in Kuwait, had returned home and stayed in Bihar, disrupting the pair’s long-term relationship.

Because Alam was now home full-time, the couple feared their affair would be exposed.

Daisy, who slept in the same room as her children, called Anwar to the house in the middle of the night.




While her husband was asleep, the pair struck him on the head with an iron rod.

After the murder, Daisy initially tried to mislead authorities and family members by claiming a burglar had broken into the house and attacked her husband.

The Kishanganj Police solved the case within 36 hours by analyzing call detail records, which revealed the nine-year affair and uncovered inconsistencies in Daisy’s statements.
