We often say MARD KO DARD NAHI HOTA (Men feel no pain) and therefore we also think that men need no protection. But strangely, the reality is far different then what we think it to be. As days are passing, men are getting victimised by the “Women Empowering” legislations. Thus, this decade has acknowledged the need of a GENDER NEUTRAL SOCIETY.

Recently, we had a word regarding the same, with youtuber and founder of PEEPOYE, Mr. Akassh Ashok Gupta who has always supported Gender Equality and has raised his voice bravely against every kind of injustice. Akassh had earlier too spoken on his channel about various incidents where men were harassed and abused unnecessarily which led to terrible consequences like
the Zomato Delivery Boy case, the Lucknow girl case, Amit Kumar suicide case of Gurgaon, etc.

Akash Gupta also helped victims like Rankaj Verma, who was falsely implicated in the Chandigarh University case. Rankaj Verma was not able to eat for 1 week after his arrest as he was going through extreme stress, trauma and anxiety. It was only when Akash Gupta came to his rescue, Rankaj was able to eat something as he got back his hope. Later, Peepoye also brought up the story of Rankaj infront of the world through an online interview with Rankaj, where he shared his side of the story.

Similarly, he also extended an helping hand to Mehul Bhatnagar, who was wrongfully accused of blackmailing, rape threat and acid attack by a female classmate. Shockingly in this case, it was found that it was not Mehul but the same female classmate who was writing the letters using Mehul’s name. Akassh and his team not only exposed the truth but also helped Mehul in recovering.

In the Zomato Delivery Boy case, Akassh had made multiple videos where he exposed the lady name Hitesha Chandranee who falsely accused Kamaraj (the delivery boy) of abusing and hurting her. Peepoye had also run an online campaign with the hastag #ReinstateKamaraj in order to support him and brought the actual truth infront of the world.

And not to forget the LUCKNOW GIRL CASE that happened in 2021. He has also exposed the Lucknow girl Priyadarshini Narayan who slapped a cab driver 22 times for no fault of his.

Gupta has not only raised his voice against just injustices but has also exposed women who used to extort money from men through blackmailing, which is indeed a very commendable job. Infact, we need more such people who can stand against gender biased laws and hypocrisy prevailing in the society.
