An unusual incident took place in Singhia Khurd village of Samastipur, Bihar, where a man caught his wife in a compromising position with her first husband and subsequently arranged for her to remarry him.

The woman, Anuradha Kumari, originally a resident of Khagaria district, had entered into a love marriage with her first husband, Panna Lal, about 10 years ago. Due to unspecified marital issues, they separated, and she later married her second husband, a resident of Samastipur.

However, Anuradha secretly stayed in contact with her first husband. The situation escalated when the second husband returned home to find Anuradha and Panna Lal together in his room.




Following the discovery, an emergency village panchayat (council) meeting was convened by the local residents to handle the dispute.

Based on the panchayat’s ruling and with the second husband’s compliance, it was decided that Anuradha should return to her first love.

The second husband facilitated the entire process, arranging the rituals to remarry his wife to her first husband right there in the village.

This event quickly went viral on social media platforms, drawing mixed reactions from netizens regarding relationship complexities and local dispute resolutions.
