In a shocking case from Mumbai, a 16-year-old minor girl was 5 months pregnant and blamed his 13years old brother for her pregnancy.

According to the girl’s official statement here, she was very fond of watching porn movies. At home, when she and her brother slept together, in their small house, she herself used to show her brother pornographic movies in her mobile. She then pressured her brother and started forcing him to have sex without his consent.

When police questioned his minor brother to confirm the victim’s statement, the brother told police that when he refused to do so, his older sister threatened to beat him and would tell everyone. So he was under a lot of pressure and was forced to do what his sister told him to do.

Police filed a criminal case after the incident and sent the accused (brother) to a juvenile detention center, while the victim girl is currently hospitalized. However, the DNA of other people, including parents, is being tested. Police said the case is sensitive and is investigating the incident from every angle.
