A mother of two children and her boyfriend were arrested in Barmer, Rajasthan for running a honey-trap and sextortion racket. The incident drew significant attention after the woman was seen continuously smiling and laughing inside the police station following her arrest.

The woman, who frequently creates and posts viral reels on social media, used her online presence to trap the youth.

This time, the victim was an AC mechanic. She and her accomplice lured the victim, forcefully stripped him, recorded an obscene video, and physically assaulted him.

The woman, along with her partner, shared these videos on social media.




After capturing the video, the accused shared it on social media platforms and demanded an extortion sum of ₹20 lakh from the victim’s mother.

The victim said the accused took his mobile phone, original car documents, and keys. They also stole a gold chain worth approximately 100,000 rupees and 11,850 rupees from his pocket.

Following a formal complaint, the Barmer local police traced and arrested both the woman and her boyfriend. Her completely unbothered demeanor and frequent smiling while in police custody have sparked widespread discussion on social media.
