Actor Sohail Khan, Salman Khan’s younger brother, has revealed that he was sexually abused during his childhood, but kept the experience to himself for several years. He opened up about it during the reality show Alliance.

Recalling the incident, Sohail said, “When I was a child, someone sexually abused me, and I carried that pain in silence for years.”

He revealed that he only spoke about it after growing up, when he finally told his father. According to Sohail, his father asked why he had stayed silent for so long.

Sohail admitted that, as a child, he felt too ashamed to speak about what had happened.

His candid admission sheds light on an often-overlooked reality, boys and men can also be victims of sexual abuse, yet many suffer in silence due to stigma and societal expectations.
