In a horrible incident from April, 2022, a young man living in Thana, Lakhanmajra area, was brutalized by his brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and mother-in-law. It is being told that the young man’s only fault was that he had an argument with his wife. After that, the wife called her mother, sister, and two brothers and all of them thrashed the young man.
It is alleged that the man’s hands and legs were tied, beaten with sticks, and they had put red chilies on his genitals. At the same time, after suffering a lot of injuries, the young man has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.

In this case, the police have registered a case and started an investigation. The youth, who lives in a village, has reportedly said that he was married to a young woman from Jind 12 years ago. After a few days of marriage, his wife abandoned him. After almost 12 years, when she came back, the husband asked his wife the reason behind her coming back after so long. She started arguing and after that, she called her mother, sister, and two brothers to the spot. After that, the family members of the wife started assaulting the husband as soon as they came to the spot.

Reportedly, the neighbours came and rescued him. According to the information received in this case, the victim has been admitted to the hospital for treatment and his condition is very critical.
