Popular Malayali actor ND Prasad was found hanging from a tree outside his house in Kochi on June 25. It was his two children who found their father in that state and informed the neighbours, who then alerted the police.

Reports suggests that it was family issues that pushed his to take such a step.
“He has been going through some mental and domestic issues. His wife has also been staying away from him for some months. He seemed to have been feeling depressed for the last few days before his death,” said a police officer.

ND Prasad’s belongings were handed over to his family members after post mortem was done.
